At Lavender Sky Weddings LLC, rental inventory is reserved exclusively for each client and event date. Because availability is limited and reservations often prevent us from accepting other bookings, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

In the event of a cancellation, the Client may be subject to forfeiture of payments made and may remain responsible for certain outstanding amounts due under the Rental Agreement, depending on the timing of the cancellation, inventory reserved, services scheduled, and expenses already incurred by Lavender Sky Weddings LLC.

Any refund, credit, or outstanding balance determination shall be made at the sole discretion of Lavender Sky Weddings LLC and in accordance with the terms of the signed Rental Agreement.

Event Postponements 

Requests to reschedule an event are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If Lavender Sky Weddings LLC is unavailable for the requested new date, the postponement may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the terms outlined herein.

Additional fees may apply due to changes in pricing, inventory availability, delivery requirements, or other event-related services.

Changes To Reserved Inventory

Reductions in rental quantities, removal of items, or other material changes to an order after booking may not qualify for refunds, credits, or reductions in the total contract amount.

Additional items may be added to a reservation based on availability.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, venue issues, travel disruptions, personal circumstances, or other events beyond the control of Lavender Sky Weddings LLC. Clients are encouraged to make appropriate contingency arrangements for outdoor events.

Failure To Accept Delivery

If the Client fails to provide access to the venue, accept delivery, or otherwise prevents fulfillment of the reservation, no refund or credit shall be required, and the Client may remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed.

Refund Processing

Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and processed within a reasonable timeframe.
