Delivery & Pickup

Lavender Sky Weddings LLC offers delivery and pickup services for rental items throughout Billings, Montana, and surrounding areas.

Delivery Service

Delivery fees are calculated based on the event location, rental size, and any setup requirements. Delivery charges will be provided in your quote prior to booking.

Our team will coordinate a delivery window with you before your event. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, venue access restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring:

• Accurate delivery and venue information is provided.
• A designated contact is available during delivery and pickup.
• The delivery area is accessible, safe, and free of obstacles.
• Any required venue permissions, loading instructions, or access arrangements have been secured prior to delivery.

Additional fees may apply if delivery is delayed due to restricted access, inaccurate information, waiting time, or special venue requirements that were not disclosed during booking.

Setup Services

If setup services are included in your rental agreement, our team will place and arrange rental items according to the agreed-upon plan.

Items may not be moved after setup without prior approval from Lavender Sky Weddings LLC.

Pickup

Rental items must remain at the agreed-upon location until pickup. Clients are responsible for ensuring all rented items are available and accessible at the scheduled pickup time.

Items that are not ready for pickup may be subject to additional service fees.

Damage, Theft, Or Lost

The client assumes responsibility for rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. Any lost, stolen, or damaged items may result in repair or replacement charges as outlined in our Rental Terms & Conditions.

Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing appropriate protection from weather conditions. Rental items must not be left exposed to rain, excessive moisture, high winds, or other conditions that may cause damage.

Service Area

Lavender Sky Weddings LLC proudly serves Billings, Montana, and surrounding communities. Events outside our standard service area may be subject to additional travel fees.
