At Lavender Sky Weddings LLC, we are honored to be part of your special event. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our rental policies below. Full terms will also be outlined in your signed master rental agreement.

Booking & Payments

A signed rental agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date and inventory. A booking is not confirmed until the signed rental agreement and non-refundable retainer have been recieved. Dates and rentals are not guaranteed until booking requirements have been completed.

Final payment is due prior to the scheduled event date as outlined in your invoice or rental agreement. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services.

Non-Refundable Retainer

All retainers/deposits are non-refundable. Upon booking, inventory and event dates are reserved exclusively for your event, and we may decline other inquiries for the same date.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Due to the custom nature of event reservations, cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional charges. Payments already made may be non-refundable as outlined in your signed rental agreement.

Renter Responsibility

Clients assume responsibility for all rental items from the time of delivery until items are collected by Lavender Sky Weddings LLC.

Rental items must be protected from damage, theft, weather exposure, staining, wax, smoke, pets, and improper handling. Items returned damaged, excessively dirty, missing, or unusable may result in additional replacement or repair fees.

Damage & Replacement

The client agrees to pay for any damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed rental items at replacement value. Damage fees may be charged to the card on file or invoiced separately.

Delivery, Setup, & Teardown

Delivery, setup, and teardown services are available.

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access, loading access, and a safe environment for setup and pickup. Delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access may result in additional fees.

Weather Policy

Rental items intended for indoor use must be protected from weather conditions, including wind, rain, mud, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Lavender Sky Weddings LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions may damage inventory or create unsafe conditions.

Changes To Orders

We will do our best to accommodate adjustments based on inventory availability. Changes requested close to the event date may not be guaranteed.

Liability 

Lavender Sky Weddings LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse or improper handling of rental items.
